PORCHETTA DI TESTA CAPRESE

house-cured, cold-cut  porchetta di testa sliced to order with fresh strawberry tomatoes, fior di latte cheese with house-made hummus, harissa, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh basil.

THE VEGETARIAN CAPRESE

our vegetarian sandwich made of fresh strawberry tomatoes +fior di latte cheese with house-made hummus, harissa, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh basil shoots.
