slow-braised, citrus-cured lamb belly, hand-carved with house-made tomato jam, garlic aioli, frisée lettuce and fresh radish on thick cut rye.

DUCK PROSCIUTTO, ROASTED BEET + FETA

our own house-cured duck prosciutto, salt roasted beets and fresh orange with whipped feta, house-made harissa, pistachio dukkah + fresh basil shoots.

VEGETARIAN ROASTED BEET + FETA

salt roasted beets with fresh orange topped with whipped feta, roasted red pepper harissa, pistachio dukkah + fresh basil shoots.
