beef brisket brined 7 days in-house and cured with our own pastrami style rub. served on thick hand-cut rye with a bold smear of our house-made yellow mustard.

 SMOKED BUFFALO CHICKEN


slow-roast, smoky, pulled buffalo chicken with our house-made buttermilk ranch, shredded iceberg lettuce and house pickles.

THE KING + BANN BLT

our take on a classic. house double-cured bacon, tomato jam, butterleaf lettuce, preserved lemon aioli + pickled fennel.

SWEET COLA BBQ PULLED JACK FRUIT

braised and shredded jack fruit coated in our house-made sweet cola bbq sauce + topped with a vegan apple cranberry coleslaw.

ROAST PORTOBELLO + PROVOLONE

oven roast portobello mushroom + zucchini with roasted red pepper marinara, melted provolone cheese, house-made salsa verde + sweet pickled onion.
